I’ve been a Squarespace user since 2018 by accident when I took on my first clients and have grown in love with it ever since. They seem to release more useful features every year and their products evolve and grow as the market changes.
It’s easy enough for beginners to build a website due to its very easily navigable interface. The basic default templates are good starting points to build your website from. It’s hard to get it wrong! And for designers like me, I love the fact that there’s a whole world of possibilities I can build on top of the basic features without working with a developer for my clients.

How many of your dream clients are looking for you on their mobile devices? Um, maybe most? Your Squarespace website can be built in a desktop view and will automatically be formatted to look great on all devices.
03. Amazing customer support with chat and email
This is such a valuable thing when it comes to your website. Squarespace provides excellent support via live chat, email, and phone support. When I have questions I’ve always been able to rely on real actual breathing people who are genuinely helpful.
04. Design-forward
Just think Squarespace is like Apple for website designs. It’s really hard to make things ugly in Squarespace. They offer libraries of aesthetic font pairings, color palettes, and thoughtful layout blocks to start with. Another feature I love is their global font-scaling control so that you don’t have to manually change fonts locally. Cohesive design is good design!
05. Easy to use
Once you get used to the drag-drop-insert function, you’ll find that Squarespace is relatively simple to use, even for beginners. I love being able to hand over finished websites to my clients with an assurance that they can update and make adjustments with ease.
06. Insightful Analytics
It’s easy to see how your site is performing. You’ll get a clear picture of how many visitors, where they’re coming from, page views and conversion rates through visual reports that are easy to understand. This is a powerful tool to have if you want to understand your customers and their needs. See which products or services are answers to your customers’ prayers.. and which ones aren’t.
